Acceptance. –Browsing, as well as simple access to the website and/or the mere use of the services offered through the same attributes the condition of website user (hereinafter, “user”) and implies full and unreserved acceptance of the terms and conditions included in this Legal Notice and Terms and Conditions of Use, in the version published by NORTIA when the user accesses the website.
NORTIA reserves the right to modify unilaterally, at any time and without prior notice, the clauses of this Legal Notice and Terms and Conditions of Use, as well as the configuration and, in general, any other content or service of the website. The use of the services and/or simple access to the website implies acceptance of any modification made. NORTIA therefore recommends that you regularly consult this document, as well as any subsequent modifications.
Likewise, use of the website is subject to all legal notices, regulations of use or instructions made known to the user through this website and which replace, complete and/or modify this Legal Notice.
Use of the Website.-Unless otherwise stated, use of the website shall be free of charge, without prejudice to the connection cost via the relevant telecommunications network in order for the user to have access to the website. The user is aware and voluntarily and expressly accepts that use of the website is in any case under their sole and exclusive responsibility. The user undertakes to use the website, as well as its services and contents without contravening current legislation, good faith, generally accepted uses and public order. Likewise, the use of the website for illicit or harmful purposes for NORTIA or any third party is forbidden.
When using the website, the user undertakes not to carry out any conduct that could damage the image, interests and/or rights of NORTIA and/or third parties or that could damage, render useless or overload the website, or that could in any way prevent the normal use of the website, computer equipment or documents, files and all types of content stored on any computer equipment belonging to NORTIA, other users or any other Internet user (hardware and software).
Intellectual and industrial property. –All industrial and intellectual property rights, as well as all the information contained on the website (images, trademarks, graphic designs, source code, design, browsing structure, databases, and any other content that appears therein) are the exclusive property of NORTIA or, where appropriate, are duly licensed by the owner. The names of other products, services and companies that appear in this document or on the website may be trademarks or other distinctive signs registered by their respective and legitimate owners, without it being understood that access to or use of the website grants the user any right over the aforementioned trademarks and other registered distinctive signs. Likewise, all the website’s information and contents are protected by copyright and the intellectual property of the same belongs to NORTIA or, where appropriate, its use and exploitation has been duly authorised by the owner, and none of the exploitation rights related to the same may be understood to have been transferred to the user beyond what is strictly necessary for the correct use of the website.

Limitation of liability. – NORTIA reserves the right to terminate access to its website, as well as the provision of any or all content and/or services offered through the same at any time and without prior notice, whether for technical, security, control, maintenance or any other reason.
Consequently, NORTIA does not guarantee the reliability, availability or continuity of its website or the contents offered therein, therefore access to this website and its contents by the user is at the user’s own risk.
Likewise, NORTIA shall not be held liable for temporary service interruptions, delays, errors, malfunctions and, in general, any other inconveniences arising from causes beyond NORTIA’s control, and/or due to the wilful or negligent actions of the user and/or caused by force majeure.

Withdrawal and suspension of service. –NORTIA may withdraw or suspend the provision of services offered through the website at any time and without prior notice to users who fail to comply with the provisions of this Legal Notice and Terms and Conditions of Use.
Duration and termination.- The existence of the website, as well as the provision of the services offered therein, is, in principle, indefinite. However, NORTIA has the right to terminate or suspend the provision of the aforementioned services and cancel the website at any time, without prejudice to what has been provided in this regard in the corresponding Specific Terms and Conditions. When reasonably possible, NORTIA shall previously warn users about the termination or suspension of the website, as well as, where appropriate, of the services offered therein.
Applicable law and jurisdiction.-Any litigious question related to the use of this website shall be subject to Spanish legislation, and the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Barcelona shall be competent to resolve any questions or actions arising from the provision of the services and/or contents of the website, as well as the interpretation, application, compliance and/or non-compliance with the provisions herein, unless a different jurisdiction is established by law.
Furthermore, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 524/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council, of 21st May 2013, on resolving consumer disputes online and amending Regulation (EC) 2006/2004 and Directive 2009/22/EC, you are hereby informed of the existence of a European online dispute resolution platform that facilitates the extrajudicial resolution of such disputes for online contracts.
